Our story
Hamsa opened in 2021 to bring Mediterranean cuisine, quality meats, and a warm atmosphere to Bulgaria — always under strict Mehadrin kosher supervision. Our owners bring decades of experience in kosher hospitality across Europe, including France. We proudly serve the flavors Israeli guests love: grilled specialties, fresh salads, authentic dishes, and a family welcome.
